Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You must have the email receipt or order number as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@grayingwithgrace.store. You will need to include photos of the item to demonstrate its condition.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, such as broken items or printing errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to other reasons, such as a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method within 3 to 7 days.

Please note, there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us the return form, and we will process the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that personalized and customized items are not eligible for return unless there are defects or errors, such as printing errors or the item being defective, that are the store’s fault.

Cancellations

At Graying With Grace, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Due to our commitment to quick processing and shipping, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled after it has been submitted. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has been shipped, you may return it according to our Return Policy once you receive it.

However, to protect our business and our customers from policy abuse, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria or are deemed fraudulent.

Final Decision
